Katie Dahl

DESIGN DIRECTOR

Food fanatic, dog whisperer, karaoke enthusiast, creative wizard. She studied interior design in New York City and after receiving her bachelor’s degree from FIT, Katie began her professional journey in hospitality and residential design, working on projects with Martin Brudzinzki and Parts and Labor. She’s particularly proud of her work as head of the custom product line with Parts and Labor, where she developed furniture and lighting for projects across the country. After 13 years in New York, she was called back to her roots in Portland. In her time at Bright, her creative problem solving, innovation, and devotion to high standards have propelled our designs next level. As our Design Director, she is deeply involved in all aspects of the firm, overseeing daily operations and projects alongside Alissa.
