NW Portland - Portland Film Exchange Tenant Improvement
Modus Operandi came to us in their early stages of growth in Portland and asked us to design their tenant space in the Portland Film Exchange. While bright designlab is now in the process of collaborating, planning and designing a new, larger and more amazing space for the company; we are excited to share this industrial, moody little office where ModOp did what they do, some sort of digital magic. Board pressed concrete, polished concrete floors, a chalkboard wall, and pops of color fleck the space along with subtle street signage.
Scope: Full design and planning of Portland office space including furniture, lighting, finishes and kitchenette.
